I forgot my Office 365 admin password. What should I do?

There are two ways to handle it:

1. Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com to reset your password.
2. You may call our Business Customer Service Hotline 10088 to request a Microsoft Office Account Reset Password Request Form. Fill out the form and send it back. We will help you reset an administrator password. The process will take around 1 working day.
