You may call our business customer service hotline 10088 to submit a termination request. The remaining balance (if applicable) will be refunded to your business online account. Please be reminded that termination of services including internet service and other add-on services must be submitted at least one month prior to the termination date. If the termination happens within the commitment period, early termination charge will be applied, according to the contract terms.
