You may call our business customer service hotline 10088 to request an HKT Biz Wi-Fi Service Change Request Form. Fill out the form with the new SSID setting and return it. It takes 3 working days after receiving your form to process the setting. The service charge will be HK$300.
When completing the form, please fill out the correct Wi-Fi service currently in use, e.g. Wi-Fi Here, RA203, B101 or OfficeConnect, so that we could process the setting for you.
