1. On Office 365, select “Setting”, and then “Office 365” and “Profile”.
  2. Check if the details and email address of the contact are correct.
  3. Click on your account name on the top right corner (the one showing “Diane” on the above image), and then “log out”.
  4. Now login Office 365 again, enter your user name and click “Next”, and then “Forgot password”.
  5. Follow the steps. Enter the contact information to verify your identity as an authorised member to reset password.
