The time required for relocation, termination, reconnection to services, or add and remove add-on services will depend on respective services.
For normal cases, please reserve the following time to submit your request prior to the effective date:
- For relocation:
- Business Telephone Services: At least 5 working days
- IDA services: at least 10 working days
- Service termination: at least 30 working days
- Adding or removing add-on services: at least 5 working days
- Application or termination of IDD service: at least 1 working day
