By PPS (merchant code: 01):

By ATM payment:

You can pay with ATMs with a “BILL PAYMENT SERVICE” label on. Please select “PCCW” on the merchant list.

By Cheque payment by mail:

  1. Please tear off the payment slip and attach a crossed-cheque. Mail them to P.O. Box 11253, General Post Office Box. For the payee name on the cheque please write “PCCW”.
  2. Please state your account number (printed on the payment slip) at the back of the cheque and mail it three working days prior to the payment due date.
  3. Post-dated cheque will not be accepted.
  4. Receipt will not be issued.

Pay in person:

Please bring along your bill and pay in cash or with cheque at 7-Eleven.
