You can pay with ATMs with a “BILL PAYMENT SERVICE” label on. Please select “PCCW” on the merchant list.
By Cheque payment by mail:
- Please tear off the payment slip and attach a crossed-cheque. Mail them to P.O. Box 11253, General Post Office Box. For the payee name on the cheque please write “PCCW”.
- Please state your account number (printed on the payment slip) at the back of the cheque and mail it three working days prior to the payment due date.
- Post-dated cheque will not be accepted.
- Receipt will not be issued.

Please bring along your bill and pay in cash or with cheque at 7-Eleven.
