Normally, the first bill will be issued and mailed to you two weeks after the service effective date. But it also depends on the bill cut-off date.
Our bill issuance is based on your statement period. If your service effective date is in between of a statement period, i.e. service is effective for less than one month by the cut-off date, the amount payable will be the monthly rate of the service plan and other add-on services pro-rata, in addition of one-month prepayment fee.
