ShopHK Southeast Asia E-Commerce Solution

Eligible Customers who successfully apply to become a ShopHK merchant (ShopHK official website: https://www.synagie.com/shophk) will receive HK$100 ShopHK Wallet Credit and may subscribe to the 24-month ShopHK Service Plan at a discounted basic monthly fee of HK$99 (original price HK$399), subject to the following Terms and Conditions (this “Promotion”).
1. To be an eligible customer (“Eligible Customer”) for this Promotion, you must be a commercial customer of Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“Company” or “HKT” or “we” or “us”) and receive the Confirmation Email described in Clause 3 below.
2. Upon successfully applying to become a ShopHK merchant (ShopHK official website: https:/www.synagie.com/shophk), Eligible Customers can enjoy the following offers (“Offer”):
(i) HK$100 ShopHK Wallet Credit: Eligible Customers will receive HK$100 ShopHK wallet credit, which can only be used to purchase on-demand services of ShopHK (including but not limited to marketing solutions) except that the “Griddy Package” warehouse service among on-demand services is not applicable. Further the credit cannot be used to pay for the basic monthly fee, sales commission, or fulfilment and warehouse fees. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, transferred, or resold. The credit will be expired 90 days after the date the Eligible Customer enters the Credit Redemption Code into their ShopHK Coupon Wallet (subject to Clause 8). Any remaining will be void after the expiry day and will not be reissued; and
(ii) ShopHK 24-Month Service Plan at HK$99/Month: Eligible Customers can subscribe to a 24-month ShopHK Service Plan at a discounted basic monthly fee of HK$99 (original price HK$399). The discount will expire 90 days after the date the Eligible Customer enters the Plan Redemption Code into their ShopHK Coupon Wallet (subject to Clause 8). The discount will be void after the expiry date and will not be reissued.
3. To redeem the Offer, Eligible Customers shall complete and submit the online registration form at the website designated by us. Upon verification, we will send a confirmation email (“Confirmation Email”) to the registered email address, containing the Credit Redemption Code, Plan Redemption Code, and related redemption details. The Eligible Customer must follow the instructions,  complete the ShopHK registration process at https://synagie.com/sign-up and enter the Credit Redemption Code and Plan Redemption Code into their ShopHK Coupon Wallet on or before the expiry date of the redemption period as indicated in the Confirmation Email (“Redemption Expiry Date”) in order to redeem the Offer.
4. Failure to redeem the Offer by completing the registration and entering the Credit Redemption Code and Plan Redemption Code into their ShopHK Coupon Wallet on or before the Redemption Expiry Date will result in forfeiture of the eligibility for the Offer, and the Eligible Customer will not be compensated in any way.
5. Each Eligible Customer may enjoy the Offer only once. Once the redemption codes are issued to an Eligible Customer, it is the responsibility of the Eligible Customer to safeguard the redemption codes and we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged redemption codes. The redemption codes or the Offer will not be re-issued under any circumstances.
6. ShopHK services (including this Promotion, the Offer, and all redemption codes) are provided by SYNAGIE HONG KONG LIMITED (“Partner”). The registration at ShopHK, the use of redemption codes and the Offer, and subscription or use of ShopHK services are subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the Partner. 7. Upon successful redemption of the 24-month Service Plan as per Clause 2(ii), the ShopHK services will automatically terminate upon expiry of the contract period (unless terminated earlier according to the relevant terms and conditions of the Partner) and will not automatically renew.
8. If ShopHK services end or terminate early for any reason, any remaining ShopHK wallet credit balance or monthly fee discount provided under this Promotion will be forfeited, and the Eligible Customer will not be compensated in any way.
9. The Credit Redemption Code and Plan Redemption Code can only be used by the same ShopHK account registered by the Eligible Customer.
10. The Offer under this Promotion is subject to availability, and will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. Notwithstanding any provisions in these Terms and Conditions, we have the sole discretion on whether or not to offer or to give an Offer or redemption codes to any customer (whether being an Eligible Customer or not).
11. Unless otherwise stated, this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discount offer and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
12. The Offer and redemption codes are strictly for personal use only by the Eligible Customer. The Offer and redemption codes are non-transferable, and cannot be assigned, sold, resold, exchanged, or otherwise disposed of to any third party.
13. We are not the provider, operator, or manufacturer of the ShopHK services (including the Offer, redemption codes under this Promotion, ShopHK official website and registration link). We make no representation or warranty to any aspect of ShopHK services (including but not limited to quality) and shall not in any way be liable for any matters in relation thereto. No compensation shall be forthcoming under any circumstances. Eligible Customers’ access to and use of the Offer, the redemption codes and ShopHK services are at their own risk. 14. Unless otherwise specified, all prices referred to in this Promotion are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
15. Customers must comply with, and ensure that their staff, agents, or representatives comply with, the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”) (including all applicable codes of practice, guidelines, and regulations) when handling personal data as defined under the PDPO and when providing such personal data to HKT for this Promotion.
16. Where applicable, this Promotion is subject to the HKT General Conditions of Services (available at https://www.hkt.com/terms-of-use).
17. We and the Partner reserve the right to vary or cancel this Promotion and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The Partner also reserves the right to amend the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the Offer, the redemption codes, ShopHK official website, registration link and ShopHK services at any time without notice.
18. In the event of dispute relating in relation to this Promotion, our decision shall be final. In the event of dispute in relation to ShopHK services (including the Offer and the redemption codes under this Promotion, ShopHK official website and registration link), the Partner’s decision shall be final.
19. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
